The Guild of Enamellers is registered as an Association CIO (Charitable Incoporated Organisation), the registration number is: 1196237 in Engand and Wales, SC051518 in Scotland.
The primary governing document is the constitution. Changes to the contitution will require approval from the Charity Commission.
In addition to the constitution we use a set of bye laws to cover aspects of Guild management which are not included in the constitution. The bye laws can be changed by agreement at an executive committee meeting.
