Nine members of Region 3 attended the workshop in the Biology labs at Merchant Taylors’ Boys School in Crosby. (Our thanks to Mr Cook the Headmaster and Mr Giuseppe Bonfante, Head of Biology for their generosity in allowing us the use of the facilities).
Julie brought some lovely examples of her own work on silver. She also lugged a fair bit of equipment down from Glasgow on the train, including the Japanese enamels she won at Conference!
After looking at what was possible from Julie’s examples we were given a step by step demonstration of the technique.
