Developing Ideas from a Given Theme
………Some help for the inexperienced………

Some of you may remember, from school days, your teacher setting a project for the class to investigate, consider, exchange information and ideas and, finally, to produce artworks showing the development and major conclusions. When working in a group, this is not a problem. Knowledgeable members will spark off ideas; the steady, hard workers may investigate and produce information; the imaginative may develop the themes and, lastly, the 'arty' ones will probably lead in the production of artwork; teamwork, with the combined talents producing a major work.
So, how, as an individual isolated and out of the classroom environment, does one cope with a given theme or project?
