The reasons why I am reporting this in our Journal are, firstly, that I know our Editor needs more material, and secondly, I thought my notes may be of interest to spread the cause of enamelling to others, and to help swell the membership of our Guild.

 

In fact, an advert about the Guild was seen somewhere by a group of Girl Guides. Betty Butler, our past Chairman, passed on the information to me, and subsequently I found myself giving a talk/demonstration about enamelling to them.
